Coupons can be purchased at the Ellport Borough Office at 313 Burns Avenue. Restricted items are as follows: tires, car batteries, bricks, stones, dirt, dismantled automobiles, containers w/liquid (solvents, paint, thinners, oil, gas, kerosene), paint cans (unless emptied & dried), hazardous materials, items containing freon, and electronic waste (tv's, desktops, mouse, fax, printers, dvr, dvd players, game consoles and phones).
