Council Meeting Agendas
Pennsylvania has changed the law for Borough Council meetings. Now Council must prepare its agenda and list the items to be considered in advance of the regular meeting. For years, Council has listened to visitor concerns at meetings and acted that evening on the visitors’ concerns, when possible. Council cannot do that any longer. If you have a matter for Council, please advise the Borough Secretary at least a week in advance of the regular meeting which is the third Monday of each month and Council will attempt to get it on the next agenda. Ellport Council will hold a meeting on the second Monday of each month to consider items to be listed on the following week’s agenda. The agenda meeting will be held in Borough council chambers at 313 Burns Avenue, Ellwood City, PA, on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 o’clock pm.
